BatchMaster was founded by Randy Peck, firstly as Pacific Micro Software Engineering before changing the name to BatchMaster Software Corporation in 1992.
In 2000, the company was acquired by eWorkplace Solutions, itself founded by Dr. Sahib A Dudani, a veteran of over 35 years of successful experience in the software industry, whose alma maters include Bachelor in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and Master’s and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University products.
